21 Day Daniel Fast To Fight Diabetes Day 9



Summary:
– I’m doing the 21 Day Daniel Fast found in Chapter 10 of the Book of Daniel to fight Diabetes.
– NO MEDICATION.
– Day 9: 163
– First time below 200 AFTER EATING since I started!
– I’ve been eating strictly organic vegetables and only drinking purified water.
– I’ve been eating Bell Peppers, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Onions, Asparagus, Tomatoes, Avocados, Kale, and Cabbage. Mostly steamed in a salad form with some olive oil.
– On Day 1: 484
– Today: 163
– Have dropped 321 points since Day 1
– Average: 36 points per day since I started tracking.
– Normal is between 70 and 100 after waking prior to eating.
– Glory to God who gives me the power! 2 Samuel 22:33!
