‘Some of this is genetic, and I may have done some damage in those years when I was too careless about what I ate, so for whatever reason, I’ve got a problem, and I’ve got a chance to deal with it.” He quoted this.

And deal with it he has. Clinton adopted an exercise routine, changed his diet, and in general changed his lifestyle to be more conducive to healthy living. And while he did require heart bypass surgery in 2004, he has attributed his recovery to healthy living choices and exercise. Who can forget all of the photos of him jogging? His commitment to exercise has been clear.

Can Exercise Be Reduced By Cholesterol?

Truly it is good that it is present in blood stream, as it helps in other functions of the body and formation of cell membranes and hormones. Cholesterol can be defined as the waxy, malleable material present in the lipids in the way of passage of blood.

If the cholesterol level in our blood pathway is found to be more, it will cause some problem. As larger quantity of cholesterol cannot be absorbed in the bloodstream, it forms block in the bloodstream all over the body. It will also affect the heart making more damage as it can be broken off due to the formation of cholesterol into the valves.

There are three reason why exercise is helpful

1. Exercise promotes weight loss and weight control which helps maintain a healthy level of cholesterol in the blood.

When we do exercise the heart works to a greater extent. As a result, it will increase the circulation of blood to our whole body and will remove the traces of cholesterol which may cause blocks in the nerves.

3. Exercise works to increase the amount of good cholesterol (HDL cholesterol) in your blood, while it reduces the amount of bad cholesterol (LDL cholesterol).
