It’s week 4 of Christina’s Transformation!
And we have good news. Last week Christina has hit a plateau, where she did not see any change in her weight or measurements, and that’s when I had to do some homework to modify her workouts to make them more intense, so that Christina burns more calories.
It totally worked! This week, we saw a drop of 5 pounds, 4.5 inches and 1% body fat. It is important to take measurements on a regular basis, so that you can adjust your routine accordingly right away. Your body will adapt pretty much to any kind of workouts and nutrition plans, so you must keep challenging it, until you have reached your target!
