Type 1 diabetes is usually diagnosed in children and young adults, and was previously known as juvenile diabetes. In type 1 diabetes, the body does not produce insulin. Diabetes – is a problem with your body that causes blood glucose (sugar) levels to rise higher than normal. This is also called hyperglycemia. When you eat your body breaks food down into glucose and sends it into the blood. Insulin then helps move the glucose from the blood into your cells. When glucose enters your cells, it is either used as fuel for energy right away or stored for later use. In a person with diabetes, there is a problem with insulin. But, not everyone with diabetes has the same problem. There are different types of diabetes – type 1, type 2, and a condition called gestational diabetes, which happens during pregnancy. St. Cloud is a city in northern Osceola County, Florida, United States. It is located on the southern shore of East Lake Tohopekaliga in Central Florida, approximately 26 miles (41.8 km) southeast of Orlando. The city population was 35,183 in the 2010 census, and 40,918 in the 2013 census estimate. The city is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford metropolitan area. St. Cloud was originally founded as a retirement community for Civil War union veterans, gaining the nickname “Soldier City.” St. Cloud is located at 28°14′48″N 81°17′15″W (28.246590, -81.287540). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 9.2 square miles (24 km2), of which 0.11% is water. St. Cloud is located on the southern shore of East Lake Tohopekaliga, a water body which is exceptionally clear, with good visibility to depths of 7 to 9 feet (2.1 to 2.7 m). The Health Care and Social Assistance industry includes establishments and services such as: hospitals, nursing and residential care facilities and out-patient care centres; offices of health practitioners (i.e. dentists, doctors, optometrists and chiropractors); medical and diagnostic laboratories; home health care services; ambulance services; social assistance services (i.e. for children, youth, the elderly, families); community food, housing, emergency and relief services; vocational rehabilitation services; and daycare services. Grace is an incredible girl, her personality and just simple excitement for life, enthusiasm for everything. She is perfect in every other way of life. Despite T1D, Aaron won’t trade anything in their present life. Grace’s family supports her every minute in her difficult disease. Aaron is a board member of JDRF walk and their main aim is to cure and the ultimate mission is to find the cure and to free every man, woman or child from T1D. However, in meantime they need to come up with new and improved technologies. Artificial Pancreas and encapsulation are being developing in the meantime. The quality of life has been greatly improved thanks to JDRF research team.
