Diabetes is Reversible...Scientific Discoveries Prove It
Yes, Diabetes is Reversible–But It’s Up To You To Do It
New diabetes research now indicates that thousands of people like you have, with proper guidance, reversed their diabetic condition and are living normal lives. No, you probably won’t hear this from your doctor …much less is it in the best interests of the drug companies to tell you about it.
If you or a loved one is afflicted with diabetes in any form—this article could prove to be the best thing you have read so far about diabetes.
Let me explain…
Diabetes is incurable–right?
You have been told that diabetes is incurable. This is only partially true. It can’t be cured using traditional drug and insulin therapy. All this does is treat the symptoms of diabetes. Medical science is not treating the cause. We take aspirin for a headache and ibuprofen for achy joints but neither is curing the cause of your discomfort.
Prescription drugs and insulin shots will not cure diabetes. And insulin is not the problem. The problem is that the pancreas isn’t producing enough insulin, so why doesn’t medical science treat the pancreas?
Western civilization shows a high incidence of diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, arthritis…and yes diabetes. But in the underdeveloped countries these afflictions barely exist. Medical science, along with microbiologists sought the reason for this anomaly. .. and they found it!
This research indicates that these diseases run ramped among the people of the Western cultures because of our adoption of our current lifestyle. We are what we eat.
So, you ask, if the answer is that simple, why don’t we hear more about. The truth is, we probably all have heard the expression, “The secret to good health and long life is diet and exercise.” Oh…we hear it often, we just don’t listen.
The human body is a marvel of engineering. Our creator provided a basic framework, an engine for life, and then allowed it to adapt over time to changes in the environment, changes in the way we live. The human body has many intricate defense mechanisms to protect us from harm and illnesses. It was prepared over time to heal itself, if we would just let it do its job by providing it the tools it needs to do its job.
No, not screwdrivers and wrenches, the food we eat should be consumed to fuel the engine that keeps us keeping on.
For 2 million years, this engine used fuels such as: seeds, nuts, grasses, leaves, herbs, roots, and raw meat. Things began to change about 12,000 years ago when Neolithic man discovered that his pantry could be filled with foods that could be cooked. Some raw foods like the potato are toxic in their raw state. So man began to cultivate crops for cooking. This was the introduction of carbohydrates into the daily diet.
So what happened? What’s the mystery?
About 100 years ago a dramatic change swept across civilization, especially in the West. Our diets began a metamorphosis as we, over time introduced sweets, white bread, fats, oils, soft drinks, chemicals, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, alcohol and preservatives.
So the mystery is solved
We did it to ourselves. Now we have “processed foods”, which are packed with sugar. We have become sugar-dependent. Diabetes is only one outcome we weren’t expecting.
Much of what we are eating today in our “modern diets” is destroying the pancreas. I’m talking about sugar, acids, harmful fats and carbohydrates.
If you are willing to experiment into finding what is truly good for you and what isn’t…this could take several months, if not years to find the solution. So I’m offering you a shortcut.
