Hemoglobin Biologic Model 360 Loop
This is an animation showcasing protein data set: 1HHO; HUMAN OXYHAEMOGLOBIN. Hemoglobin is the protein responsible for transporting Oxygen molecules throughout the body. Each hemoglobin has four HEME Groups (red). At the center of each HEME Group is a single Iron (Fe) atom (yellow). Oxygen attaches to Iron because of ion-induced dipole forces.
