In this video I take a look at which foods raise insulin the most. The answer may surprise you. High protein diet promoters recommend eating very low to no carbohydrates because they believe if you don’t consume any form of carbs you will not produce as much insulin. They state that protein causes little or no increase in production of insulin. But this may not actually be true? Keep listening to find out more……..
