You can also try pregnancy exercises and yoga for pregnant women. Just remember to ask your doctor if it is safe to practice any of these exercising routines.
Healthy Meal Plan
Eating a balanced diet is essential in treating gestational diabetes. You will have to limit the amount of carbohydrate you eat as a way to control your blood sugar. You should write to write down everything you eat and to keep track of your weight.They say it is not a good idea to diet while you are pregnant. Most doctors recommend that women gain 25 lb (11.3 kg) to 35 lb (15.9 kg) during pregnancy. You must have your dietician give you a list of foods that can help you with your gestational meal planning and diet.
