Hi Guys.. Today I bring to your kitchen not one but two healthy and nutritious breakfast recipes..Time is a constraint for everyone especially early mornings, so this quick and easy breakfast recipes will surely help you lead a healthier lifestyle..

Ingredients:

For the Spinach Omelette:

2 whole eggs
Chopped spinach 1/2 cup
1 small onion
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
grated low fat cheese 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp

Oats and Ragi Savoury Pancake

Oats Flour 1 cup (Grind regular oats into a powder)
Ragi / Finger Millet Flour 1/2 cup
Semolina/ Suji 1/4 cup
Buttermilk 1 cup (depending on the consistency, u can add more buttermilk or water to adjust the thickness of the batter)
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chillies 1 chopped
1 medium size onion
1 grated carrot
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Cilantro/ coriander handful
Oil 1/2 tsp to grease the pan
