Why Do We Honor Willie Austin? American Diabetes Association

In 2014, the Willie Austin Award was established in honor of community leader and longtime ADA volunteer Willie Austin. Willie dedicated his life to improving the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of at-risk youth in Seattle. This video is a tribute to Willie, and includes testimonials by the 2014 honoree, Reverend Terence Proctor, Senior Pastor at the Church by the Side of the Road in Tukwila, WA.
