Whilst waiting for your copies to print off the photocopier or taking a call, march on the spot to increase your circulation, get your muscles going and get some more air into your lungs whilst burning calories. Being active helps to prevent and manage a whole host of conditions including, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis and back pain. Try marching for a couple of minutes at a time (or even longer if the task is taking more time).
